Conditions of Stay;

* Maximum 6 guests

* Minimum stay period: There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings.  Peak periods (i.e. long weekends and the Christmas/New Year period) have a 3 night minimum. 

* Rates: $350 per night for Sunday – Thursday nights, $450 per night for Friday and Saturday night as well as peak periods

* Parties or functions are strictly prohibited.  Guests will be asked to leave and booking forfeited if this condition is breached.

* Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.

* Smoking is not permitted on the property.

* The property is to be left in a tidy condition.  A cleaning fee will be charged if extra cleaning is required.

* Cancellation Policy; Full refund is available up to 30 days before check-in.  If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48hrs of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.  No refund after this.
